Working principle

1. Open the packaging of the honeycomb filler, lay the first piece of honeycomb filler flat on the ground, take the second diagonal tube filler and place it on top of the first piece of filler. Check the cut of the honeycomb filler, ensuring that it is at a 60 ° angle and in a hexagonal honeycomb shape. After checking without any errors, start hot pressing the bonding point.

2. All flat joints at both ends of the honeycomb filler should be hot pressed, and the joint between the two flat surfaces on both sides should be hot pressed.Connect at least four points, and weld at least four points between the two honeycomb filler planes to ensure firm welding.When ironing, pay attention to the operating rhythm, control the temperature well, and do not miss the number of ironing points.
 

3. Each honeycomb filler packaging serves as a separate ironing unit, and after ironing is completed, it is neatly stacked on the site.
 

4. During breaks, always cut off the power supply of the soldering iron and place it safely.
