Wooden fireplace catalysts use mullite or cordierite honeycomb ceramics as carriers, and precious metal elements such as palladium (Pd), platinum (Pt), rhodium (Rh) are coated on the carriers according to different application environments and customer requirements. They are mainly used to treat harmful exhaust gases generated during grilling or combustion processes in ovens or fireplaces, such as carbon monoxide (CO) and incomplete combustion hydrocarbons (CnHm), while locking in heat and reducing fuel consumption.
