The characteristic of plastic supper intalox saddle ring is to improve the fan-shaped curved surface into a shell shaped curved surface with serrated edges, and to add openings to allow communication between the inner and outer surfaces of the packing, increase free channels for fluid, and facilitate liquid distribution and surface renewal. Therefore, it has higher processing capacity, lower pressure drop, and improved mass transfer performance compared to rectangular saddle ring.
