3.25"X3.75" PP Rpp PVC PVDF Plastic Q-Pack Packing Octagonal Packing Screen PackingQ-Pack packing, abbreviated as screen packing, is currently mainly made of polypropylene, also known as PP screen or polypropylene screen. An exciting new creation in the design of Q-pack packed high capacity packed towers. Its structure uses droplet points and gas turbulence to create millions of small droplets, increasing the gas-liquid contact area with minimal airflow resistance. PP mesh high capacity packing provides high-quality mass transfer and low pressure drop.

Application

Q-pack filler is designed based on the structure of HD/QPac. Typical applications: biological treatment, physical filtration, seawater desalination, pretreatment, scrubber and gas cooling tower packing, stainless steel oil-water separation; Wastewater treatment; Water treatment in aquariums and aquaculture industries. Used for biological treatment, physical filtration, seawater desalination pretreatment, significantly improving the equivalent gas/liquid contact area, high mass transfer efficiency, relatively reducing the defogging layer, low equipment investment required, high air gap rate, reduced pressure, low fan energy consumption, and good anti scaling and anti blocking characteristics
