Ceramic ball arches are also known as ceramic ball arches or acid resistant ceramic ball arches, mainly because they are finely processed using acid resistant chemical ceramic formulas. Ceramic ball arch type is a new type of support structure for sulfuric acid drying and absorption tower fillers, and its design principle is mainly based on the support of the arch bridge structure. Compared with the old structure, it has the characteristics of uniform gas distribution, high mechanical strength, large safety factor, good stability, strong corrosion resistance, convenient construction, and long service life. Ceramic ball arches are mainly used as support structures for fillers in drying towers and absorption towers in chemical and sulfuric acid manufacturing equipment. It is also an ideal material for anti-corrosion of industrial facilities and one of the high-efficiency tower fillers.
