VOCs refer to benzene, alcohols, esters, phenols, aldehydes, ethers, ketones and odorous gases. Industries such as electronic equipment, mechanical and electrical equipment, automobiles, ships and chemical building materials all emit large amounts of organic waste gas in their production processes.
VOCs catalytic converter is the catalytic oxidation of exhaust gas on the catalyst surface at temperatures ranging from 180 to 500 ºC, converting it into products such as CO2 and H2O. The purification efficiency is as high as 96-99%, with no secondary pollution (NOx). VOCs catalysts are supported on cordierite honeycomb ceramics, using unique rare earth additives and precious metal formulas of nano platinum and palladium. They have the characteristics of high catalytic activity, good thermal stability, low airflow resistance, excellent mechanical strength, long service life and high cost-effectiveness.
