Ceramic pall ring is a type of perforated ring packing developed on the basis of ceramic Rasch ring, with equal height and diameter. Each layer of window holes has 5 tongue leaves, and each tongue leaf is bent inward and points towards the center of the ring. The positions of the upper and lower layers of window holes are opposite and staggered. Generally, the opening area accounts for about 30% of the total wall area of the ring, allowing gas and liquid in the packing tower to freely pass through the window holes, improving gas-liquid distribution, and fully utilizing the inner surface of the ring.
