
The SCR denitrification catalyst mainly uses TiO2as the carrier, V2O as the main active component, and WO3 and MoO3 as antioxidant and anti toxic auxiliary components. By using a ceramic extrusion device, catalyst elements with a cross-section of 150mmX150mm and varying lengths are produced, and then assembled into standard modules with a cross-section of approximately 2mx1m.
Selective catalytic reduction (SCR) is the process of reducing nitrogen oxides in exhaust gas to nitrogen and water by adding liquid ammonia, ammonia water, or urea as reducing agents at a certain temperature and under the action of SCR catalyst. O2 in the exhaust gas does not participate in the reaction. The typical chemical reaction is as follows:
4NH3 + 6NO → 5N2 + 6H2O
8NH3+ 6NO2 → 7N2 + 12H2O
